Need pregnancy advice for a friend

My friend asked me for pregnancy advice. I was surprised by myself that I did not really know what to say to her. She was having problems conceiving. She just learnt she is pregnant and she is very happy. This is going to be her first child, what are the things she should keep in mind during her pregnancy. She is waiting for the day her baby shall be born and she is willing to do everything it takes to protect the child and have a healthy new born. So what should she know, I want details, or of you could suggest some very good books where she could sit and read about it. You can also make available some links which are explain all about the pregnancy.

I have googled about pregnancy and really found lots of things which I was not aware of.if your friend is pregnant than first advice her to ask to doctor that what are the things she should avoid so that in pregnancy she will not face any problem. Consern a lot about your food that what you are eating as there are meny food items that you sholud not eat as they contain some harmful bacterai that may harm your baby. Control your body movement and don’t be fast in your work. Take rest as much as possible. If you need some books name than it is really easy as now a days there are many books available on oregnancy , they are: your best birth, the pregnancy book , our bodies, ourselves:pregnancy and birth.some website links are: babyworld, mothersbliss, madmums, thebabywebsite and justparents.
