Want to know about some pregnancy vitamins that are good and dont have any side effects?

I know that for pregnant women it is highly necessary to have a diet which consists of a variety of foods including proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fats. But I don’t think that any one of us is able to follow this diet. I don’t want my child to get any deficiencies because of my improper diet. I want to know about some pregnancy vitamins that can help me to add all the nutrition’s to my diet. The pregnancy vitamins should not have any side effects. Do you think a pregnant person should be living on medication only? My family flipped out when they heard about me wanting to do so.
