How to prepare for birth of a baby?

Most of the hospitals provide all the necessary things that you may need. But i will suggest that you check with your hospital's mid-wives what exactly do they provide and collect the checklist that they provide. Since you are six months pregnant i am sure you have decided on which hospital to go for the big day and have already booked yourself a place their. There are many things obviously that we should at the birth of a baby take into account. I am sure you have already arranged all the things required in your bag pack but still i will give you the overview once again and the things that you have left out you can go ahead and arrange them. During my wife's bag packing we even checked the items four to five times so that in no case we leave out on anything. Take care that you have packed an old nightdress to give birth in. You should have packed clothes to go home in but yes the clothes of you and the baby. You should have the bodysuits and babygros in atleast five of each if just in case you need them, you never know. Another must is the baby blanket. Don't forget the 'night-time' towels but yes i think you should better take the ones that are better than the maternity ones. Carry loads of pairs of the old knickers or you can take the paper ones. Don't forget to take the toiletries, you will definitely need them. Take nappies, wipes and nappy sacks along with you.
