How to prepare funnel cakes?

My 12 years old daughter has to prepare cakes for a fest at her school. A friend has suggested me to prepare funnel cakes, as they are considered to be made easily, and with much less efforts. I have heard a lot about them, but I am not quite sure about its recipes. I would really appreciate if someone is able to help with a recipe for funnel cakes, which could be enjoyed by the children at her school. Thanks!

I can help you with the recipe of funnel cake. Here are the ingredients required for funnel cake

pancake batter

confection sugar

3 cups cooking oil

pan for deep frying

slotted flat spoon

paper towels

Now prepare pancake batter, can use a ready made mix. Pour cooking oil in pan for frying; heat on medium heat. When oil is hot, slowly drizzle batter into hot oil; forming a round plate shape. When batter begins to brown on bottom edge, carefully turn and continue to cook till evenly light golden brown all over. With slotted flat spoon, lift the funnel cake out of the hot oil and drain. Then place on paper towels and sprinkle with confection sugar. And the cake is ready.
