Could someone provide me fruit pizza recipe?

My kid goes to playschool and he has grown fetish for junk foods at a tender age of 4 years. He loves pizzas and sandwiches. My mom has asked me to try coleslaw for his sandwiches and fruit pizzas instead of other pizzas. I want to know about fruit pizza recipe, as I want to know how nutritious can it be for him if consumed everyday. I would also appreciate if you can explain the time required in preparing this recipe. Thanks!

I love to have fruitpizza. This delicious pizza mainly has a cookie dough crust, a sweet cream cheesesauce and is topped with favorite fruits for a dessert that gives utmostpleasure. The recipe goes like this. Ingredients include 1 packagerefrigerated cookie dough, 1 package cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 tspvanilla extract or any other flavoring (almond, orange or lemon), freshblueberries, banana slices, mandarin orange sections, seedless grapes, strawberry halves, kiwi fruit, 1/2 cup orange, peach, or apricot preserves, 1tbs water. Then line an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with cookie dough cutin 1/8-inch slices, overlapping slightly. Bake 12 minutes or until light brown;remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Combine creamcheese, sugar and vanilla extract or other flavoring in a bowl; spread over cookie crust.Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer in any design you want. In a smallsaucepan over very low heat, make a glaze by heating preserves and water. Brushglaze over fruit, making sure to cover the fruit that will turn dark.Refrigerate until ready to serve. And it is ready. Hope you like it!
