What is the quickest way to lose weight?

I have usually enjoyed a great health and of late, I have noticed a tremendous change in my weight. It could be because of late night office parties. I am 25 years old and I need to lose weight fast, as I am getting married in couple of week’s time. So, what is the quickest way to lose weight? The only hitch is, that I don’t want to feel inactive or weak once I finish with the program. So someone please suggest of some suitable measures? Thanks.

Hi mate, professional people like you usually lead such a fast life that it influences their food habit also. They don't have any proper time of eating. Pressure of daily work compels them to eat junk or fast foods, drink frequent coffee and tea and rely on smoking. Moreover, there are those late night parties you have mentioned about where drinking alcohol makes the matter worse, resulting in excess weight. As you have only 14 days to lose weight, here are tips of exercise with eating which can make you lose your excess fat (though you have not mentioned your exact weight and how much you want to loose) rapidly without making you weak in the process.

Eat small meal. Eating small meals 5 or 6 times a day will increase your metabolic rate.

Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are balanced food diets. But too much of these can impair your ability to lose weight rapidly. So take fewer carbohydrates and fats.

Drink plenty of fluids. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water regularly. Besides drinking vegetable juices, fruit juices and herbal teas are also good and good substitute of drinking water. Water flushes away toxins of the body which is very necessary for health.

Doing cardiovascular exercise for 20 minutes at a stretch is very necessary at this point of time for losing weight rapidly. Rolling into aerobics classes will fulfill this requirement very successfully . If you can't find time to do it at least do walking, jogging or swimming regularly for two weeks. Thank you.
