Safest Allergy Medicine During Pregnancy?

I want the names of some homeopathic or externally usable medication for allergies. I have a skin rash on my arm. I have got prickly heat on my neck and my arms.  It is highly irritating, what do you suggest I apply. I am 3 months into pregnancy. I want to know which is the safest allergy medicine during pregnancy to be taken. I do not want to harm the child in any way that is why I want something for external use. I have already suffered a miscarriage once; do not want to go through the same thing again.

But they also include that the medicine like Zyrtec or cetirizine and chlorpheniramine are safe during pregnancy because they comes under the pregnancy category B.
