I want to share a personal experience with you, I prepared this Happy Birthday Dessert snack for my kid on his last birthday, and believe me, it really tasted delicious and marvelous. I hope you like this simple recipe for the birthday party of your kid. What you have to do is only collect one package JELL-O Brand Gelatin except for lemon flavor, five cups boiling water, two and quarter cups cold water,  four lemon flavor packages of JELL-O Brand Gelatin and one softened pint vanilla ice cream.

First of all, for preparation dissolve one non lemon package of gelatin in a cup of the boiling water and add quarter cup of the cold water in it then pour into 9 inch square pan and leave it to chill until firm. Then again dissolve lemon gelatin in four cups boiling water, and remove two cups gelatin and mix with two cups cold water and chill it until thickened.

Then what you have to do is spoon ice cream into remaining gelatin and stir until it smooths, then pour in 13 by 9 inch baking dish and chill it, den top it with clear lemon gelatin (Chill until set about 3 hours). Now cut gelatin in 9 inch pan with alphabet cookie cutters to spell Happy Birthday. You have to be careful while transferring cutouts to top of gelatin and Garnish with whipped topping, at last serve with love and care.
