One Syllable Girl Names!

Can I know if there are one syllable girl names available, and what are they? Where can I find them and do children with one syllable names have a middle name and a last name. Why are they called 1 syllable names? Which do you think are the best 1 syllable names available in America? Are Americans the only ones who have 1 syllable names or do other countries also having them? Just leave behind some links where I can take a look.
