Symptoms of Bronchitis In children?

My child is 6 years old. He is suffering from cough since last five days.  Is this a sign of bronchitis? But the cough is not dry but with phlegm.  And I have heard that bronchitis is usually with dry cough. I can consult a doctor but they give very hard medicines before even diagnosing completely. So, first I want to check on my own. Can anyone tell me about all the symptoms of bronchitis? So, that I can approach the doctor accordingly.

Before telling you the symptoms of bronchitis I want to tell you what bronchitis is. Bronchitis is a lower respiratory tract infection and inflammation on the air pathways within the lungs.
