Can somebody give some tips on love and logic parenting?

I want to make my kids responsible for the work they will doing with care and sensibility. They are at their teen age and I don't want to be harsh with them. I want some tips on love and logic parenting which will help me shape their personality in an effective way. It would be very helpful if you can suggest me some books, CDs or online pages to which I can consult for the tips on dealing with such topics with teenagers!!!
