Want some tips on pregnancy yoga?

My gynecologist has referred me some pregnancy yoga and I am doing it regularly. Some times I feel drastic pain in my lower abdomen after doing yoga and I asked my gynecologist about it but she told that its normal and it will be gone in a couple of days. But I want to know is it ok to have pain after doing yoga. Can anyone give me some yoga tips so that I know that I am doing it right? It will be really nice if anyone can tell me what to do in this case.

I can understand you concern regarding your body weight. It is obvious that women gain weight after and during pregnancy. You need to make efforts to avoid gaining that flab. If you love yoga, then you can get the best assistance from the DVDs that offer yoga training. I would like you to know that the yoga can teach you relaxation, breathing, and stretching exercises. It will be a great help to feel comfortable with the changes in your body and mind during and after pregnancy. The best part is that it will help you develop awareness of yourself and your baby and is a great way to ensure baby’s health and well-being. You need to be very careful to avoid stressing the body. Little bit pain is obvious and is quite normal, but you need to make sure that you have to be careful and informed about the right techniques. There are certain positions that must be avoided during pregnancy. This completely depends on the stage of pregnancy in which you are. As a woman reaches the fifth month of pregnancy, the uterus grows rapidly and gets heavier with time. This makes it important to know the time that is advisable to lie on your back. Don’t lie on the back for more than 10 minutes. A good rule to follow is do not try any positions that are uncomfortable. It is best to consult a doctor or get a complete pregnancy guide stating the kind of exercises to be performed at different stages.
