Traditional baby names for a baby girl!

Which is the best website to get traditional baby names from? What is the idea of having traditional baby names? What is the meaning of a traditional name? How does one know if the name is traditional or not? I am just curious as a friend wants to name her child with a traditional name. I did not really understand what she meant by that. I tried to search for traditional names, but please could you do me a favor by providing the links of the traditional names. It should be for a girl.
