Which type of baby bath seat will be comfortable and safe for my 4 month old baby?

My baby has become 4 months old now. So I was thinking to buy one baby bath seat and I have searched a lot and now I am confused between bath mat or bath seat. So I am here to get some suggestion from all mothers out there. So tell me that which type of baby bath seat will be comfortable and safe for my 4 month old baby.
