What is the kegel exercise?

Hey what is a kegel exercise? I need to know about the kegel exercises for woman and men. My wife and I planning on trying them, we heard about it from a friend. Please give me some information on it? Is it safe to do the kegal exercises if my wife has become pregnant? Can she do them after pregnancy? After delivering the child, when can she start with the exercises? How is this workout done, and where can I view the best videos online? Which part of the body does this workout help?

I would love to tell you Kegel exercises tones up the pubococcygeal muscle. It's safe to go with Kegel Exercise which supports your growing baby and assists during and after labor and may increase sexual pleasure, and a big yes it can be continued after pregnancy as well. Make gap 2-3 months after delivering to continue with Kegel.

Squatting (Kegels): Move to the squatting position, knees over your toes with keeping your heels on the floor, now feel the stretch in the back of your thighs and hold up for 20 seconds ( Gradually increase the time to 60 seconds). Relax your head and arms throughout this exercise.

For men these exercises will help to achieve multiple orgasms. You won't have to worry about premature ejaculation, because you will be able to have dry orgasms over and over again without losing an erection. I suggest you do not try to stop peeing, that is the worst thing you could do, just do them when your bladder is empty.
