I'm sorry, you have to consult health expert before following these medicine, and don't get worry you can supposed to catch cold during pregnancy, it is common symptom. Well, medicines make your heart race. I suggest you take nothing except for cough drops for your throat.

Here is some approved medicines for cold, Sudafed: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, Robitussin (plain or DM): 1-2 tsp every 4 hours, Cepacol lozenges: as directed on label, Vicks vapor rub: as directed on label, Chloroseptic lozenges or spray: as directed on label, Normal saline drops: insert 2-3 drops into each nostril as needed.

Here are some tips from my side to get well soon. I follow these when I suffered from cold during my pregnancy, really hot shower loose stuffiness in your body, for sore throat go with warm salt gargle with a hot cup of lemon and honey as supplement, Sleep sitting up, use the breathe right strips.

Personally I want to suggest you to try a saline spray like Ocean Nasal Mist for stuffy nose. Interestingly a single click from your android phone on obgynidaho or pregnancy-cold-pills link gives you more closer look.

Take care!
