Which vegetables act as immune boosters?

I am always alert regarding what I am serving my kids in their meals. Always trying to find out innovative ideas to make them eat all the nutrition they need. I don't know though what exactly in the vegetables act as immune booster. If you could tell everything about it I will be thankful to you. Tell me the name of the vegetables that boosts the immune system and also tell me the name of the supplements that I can buy for my kids.

Likewise, Cantaloupe, which provides a high level of Vitamin C and Vitamin A, helps you in a great way to increase the immune system and better the color of your skin.
